Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in construction, carpentry, painting, hard landscaping, or professional property maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of safely handling site tools, line trimmers, concrete gear, and commercial high-pressure water blasters.
- A clean Class 1 licence to safely drive company utility vehicles to local Auckland development sites.
- Fully fit and capable of lifting, earth excavating, and working outdoors in changing Auckland weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with interior strip-outs, plastering prep, structural baseboard fitting, and protective masking for interior painting projects.

- Preparing rich topsoil, laser leveling clay surfaces, installing instant rollout turf, and planting native garden zones.
- Executing industrial dust extraction inside newly constructed houses and clearing heavy green waste or builder debris from outdoor sections.
- Adhering strictly to modern workplace health and safety guidelines to protect yourself, the team, and the client's asset.
